    Lowe’s Let me first start off by saying I work in. Customer service so today I was not working and decided you know I want to start decorating for Christmas so I went to Lowe’s to find a Christmas tree I was so excited I found the perfect tree the only problem there wasn’t a tag on the tree so my mom and I decided to ask the store employee Celia how do I purchase this tree today? Simple enough right? No not for Lowe’s employment. Because there was no tag. She said she would look for the one online sure she looked not an hour later after her coming back and forth complaining about how she couldn’t find it I said can I speak to your supervisor or manager she told us he’s on lunch then finally after waiting an hour and a half the manager Jacob comes sorry I don’t know but you can purchase online and for about the 100th time I repeated there isn’t a tag or skew number on it don’t you understand how am I supposed to know which tree is which. The he takes us to the tree supply boxes and tells us to find the one that looks like it then another employee said she found it and I said it doesn’t look like it can we open the box to see it because I don’t want to spend over $100 on a tree that’s the wrong one so he lets us open one box and it was the wrong one now it’s been over 2 hours and we just said can we purchase the one on the floor for $100 nope they said it’s against their policy. That in my mind is horrible customer service 1) from a financial standpoint how many sales are they getting in the current economy probably not much and I was ready to purchase right then and there for a $100 plus Lowe’s could have made a sale 2) from a customer service standpoint we waited 2 plus hours to purchase a tree in the end they still wouldn’t let us purchase so they left us with a waste of time and a very unhappy customer. Who well I wouldn’t have written a bad review but I fill all Lowe’s should and would be disappointed in who they are hiring these days. None of them seemed eager to work or even willing and on top of that to make a sale my take they were lazy and incompetent and it was so sad and horrible I feel Lowe’s needs to start going through the types of people they are hiring.
