One was eavesdropping on a customer who was on the phone while the other two carried on a conversation between themselves. I stood at the counter ~5min and not one of the three even acknowledged my existence. I assume they have all the business they need and did not need my money. I walked out, stopped on the way home, purchased my product from a local source, for less money, and the employee carried it out to my truck. I've been frustrated with the Leslie's service before but this time I'm done. Not worthy of even one star.

I get that you don't have the part in stock, but to tell me you can't (won't) try to order it for me is abysmal customer service. And then argue with me about it? Dude. A part that is on the Leslie's website *should* be obtainable. What you have done is sent me to Amazon or another on-line supplier instead of to the brick and mortar store. You know....where local people work and provide for their families and all.
