The employee in the store could not refund my on-line order, and suggested I call the 800 number. I called (call center somewhere far, far away..) on 3 different occasions throughout the day. Each time on hold for at least 15 minutes. Each time told that my order was not in the system yet. How does the online order entry process complete, send me a confirmation email, and charge my account, but no order is visible in the system?? Not only does Leslie's over inflate their retail pricing, their customer service experience is horrible. Order on-line with Leslie's at your own peril. NEVER AGAIN.
