  I love this place already. I came overnight/early AM so I got to take advantage of the half price washers. As a first time visitor with plenty of questions and 1 problem, Darren assisted me in a great manner, leaving whatever duties he was doing at the time. I didn’t get to take advantage of the free $5 towards drying when loading $20 on the card. It was said you had to do it all at once but I had $5 bills and could only insert one bill at a time. Darren couldn’t assist but informed me when a manager would be in to assist me with that problem. The dryers are GREATTT. I dried for free because my 60, 40, and 20lb load were dry by the end of the 32 minutes, I didn’t need to purchase extra time. I was looking for free dry and basically got it by using the washer. The bigger the washer is they will give you another dry. This stuff is automatically added on your card when you swipe and Darren show me how to verify, by checking your balance on the card and it will show how many dollars you have towards free dry. This is not a paid review lol.

  Lele provided exceptional customer service and ensured I received all the necessary attention during my visit. She made sure I knew how everything worked and checked in to ensure it was going smoothly. Her kindness and attention really stood out to me and made the experience simple and stress-free. I truly appreciate her help and the care she showed. I usually do not visit the washateria, but I had to go today because my daughter's comforter needed to be washed. Lele was a godsend, teaching me how to operate all these fancy machines! They have come a long way since the quarter machines! Oh, and the washer and dryer WORKED SO WELL!! 10 out of 10 I would never go to another washateria if given a choice!!
