They also go through external businesses to come service you so it's not necessarily KeyMe that comes. I recently had someone come to repair the jammed door latch and they didn't give me a quote. They charged me $250 to fix but didn't tell me the price til afterwards and left me without a doorknob so I had to install it myself. When I called KeyMe on why the process was so bad and why they didn't give me a quote, they told me that couldn't find my purchase order. If you go through KeyMe, just know, it is pretty sketchy and payment is under the table and there is no record of it.
