One was the one with extra points taken off key and it hangs and does not work well! Other key made as exact copy works great. The machine was easy to use and key was made quickly!

If I hadn't received help from an employee of the grocery store, I wouldn't have been able to go through the key making process. One would think a key made by an inanimate object would be less expensive than having a human do it. WRONG! $12 for a simple door key is too much! I opted for the least expensive key pattern, too. If you need a duplicate key, go to Ace or Lowe's. One positive is the key works.
