Be prepared for a VERY long checkout wait. 30min or more. If the line is longer than 6 people...leave. The company owners need to re-evaluate their customer experience direction.

I had never been to a Hobby Lobby before, and I can see why people like it so much. Going during the holidays is intense, the store is packed wall to wall and very busy but the selection is still impressive. There’s a ton of decor, craft supplies, and seasonal items, and it’s clear this store has a lot to offer. I’ll definitely come back when it’s not a holiday rush so I can actually take my time and look around. Overall, it’s a really solid store.

I never leave reviews, usually the service I receive is phenomenal. 10/10 no notes. I wish I could remember their names. I don’t know the gentleman’s name or the lady that usually works the counter. Excellent service. But i know when I will get bad service when the custom framing manager is working. The custom framing manager’s rude and condescending behavior was disappointing. This is the fourth time i’ve dealt with the custom framing manager specifically. I am disappointed and dissatisfied, especially for a store that prides itself on Christian values. If he walked with Christ in his heart, he would know how to be of service. If there is a way for the store manager to get in contact with me. 0/ 10 for the custom framing manager.

Gail from the fabric department was very rude. First, I had the fabric on the table and she said to take it off, then began wiping it down, which I understand there was a lot of fuzzy stuff on the table but she was throwing it towards us and the way she talked to me was rude, compared to the person before me. She then asked how much of each fabric so I asked my mom how much in Spanish since my mom doesn’t speak english, I told Gail how much and she began cutting. After she cut the first fabric my mom began helping her fold it from the opposite end (we had a total of 3 different types of fabric and needed 6 yards of each, so it was a lot of fabric), my mom started helping her fold it to be nice and be faster since she had a long line, Gail started pulling the fabric away from my mom so my mom stopped folding it, when Gail got to the part that my mom had already folded she UNFOLDED it. Her attitude and they way she spoke to us was very rude from the beginning. I am very disappointed by this. We come to hobby lobby very often, even twice per week sometimes, and all other employees are nice and sweet to us.
