She threatened to kick me out of my unit in two days, and I was waiting on someone to bring me my TV. That's what a storage unit is therefore isn't it? She also had the audacity to say that I was living in the unit! I come to organize my unit, and I leave. NO CAMERAS ever caught me SLEEPING 😴 out of the unit! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Patrice has not only taken the time to verbalize all the options available to me but she's had patience and shown consideration of my situation, a trait that used to be but is definitely not common any more when it comes to customer service. she's made this experience smoother than it would've been elsewhere.

I don’t like the location of where my storage unit is. Make sure you get/read the fine print of any additional fees because they will try to add on additional fees and make it seem like all we told you however you need to ask for a breakdown of all fees being paid on sign-up and monthly fees as well and bring your own lock they will charge you $20 for a lock. You can pay way less for a U-Haul or at Walmart.
