My experience at Extra Space at the CREEK RUN ROAD location was seamless. Lyn was great! Friendly and knowledgeable... she helped me get in and get out quickly and made sure that I understood to deal completely so that I could go on about my day of packing. I had a leak in my house and needed to move some things out while construction is going on. It has been VERY stressful... but my experience at least with my storage situation was NOT! Thanks Lyn!

We had card board boxes, paper and books that we put A trash bag but the dumpster on the property was locked. We're already overpaying for dirt and mice to overtake our belongings and we can't use the dumpster!!!!! That's CRAP!!!!! I'M DONE!!!! This close to Christmas and my vacation I'm forced to pay for January but I guarantee that's my LAST month. I'm sick of spending money with these crappy businesses that treat you like crap. I'M DONE!!!!!
