She explained everything thoroughly and even showed me every storage unit available that fit my needs. She also helped me identify what I would need and the Most cost-effective way. I’d also like to note that they are very transparent in their pricing. 20 years ago I rented from this facility, and now I have a need for additional storage and I’m back.
- HHHeidiOct 30, 20251.0Don’t let the high rating fool you. Before Extra Space and Storage bought the place over a year ago, this small mom and pop storage was amazing. Now, fees have tripled over night sometimes rate increase twice in one year. App to open gate has never worked and let me tell you about security. Well, there is none. Several months ago the place was broken into 3 different times over the course of 3-4 weeks. I know that because my unit was broken into twice within a week. It was on an aisle end unit right next to camera that was busted on second break in. They still have not updated their perimeter security much less adding additional barriers to prevent theft once they’re inside. Oh then after a month my unit got broken into twice, they increased my monthly rate by over 50%. I had to beg corporate to give me one month free because of my inconvenience. I suggest you find another individually owned storage place and stay away from corporate owned ones because of poor service, security, and things never working.
