They charge a processing fee, so it’s not truly free — just clever marketing. 🚩 Red Flag #2: They raise your rates without warning, claiming it’s due to “taxes.” The first increase happened without any notice or communication. 🚩 Red Flag #3: After several months, we downsized to a smaller unit to reduce costs. Two months later, they raised our rate again to $93, claiming a mailed notice was sent — but that is false. We never received any notice, and when asked, they couldn’t produce proof or a copy of it. We’re now paying $93 for one of the smallest units. The issue isn’t the price — it’s the deceptive billing and lack of transparency. ⚠️ Buyer Beware: Do not leave your card on file. This company engages in shady, unethical business practices and takes advantage of loyal customers. Avoid this location if possible.
