She literally fabricated lies to justify her actions and that is when I ceased face to face communication due to her turning into an unstable liability. I feel sorry for the other employees that have to tolerate her poor management skills Since day 1 I had issues. From broken glass in my space, broken gates, broken fences, feral cats entering my vehicle when I left windows down, and being told to park places but then told I cant park there (by the same manager) It was honestly the worst storage experience ive had, and that says alot because I have dealt with public storage in the past. After speaking to other tenants, it was easy to see they feel the same way as well, due to her poor ability to conduct proper people skills while managing the facility
