The "boss - Roger" quoted one price and the tech "Moe" quoted almost $100 more. When I called back to speak with Roger they did not respond to my calls or texts. "Moe" ended up lowering it to $462 but again not the point. Had i been quoted $500 then I'd be willing to pay $500. I asked for the full price plus fees, it's not that hard to be an honest business. First and last time using this "service". Rather tow it to the dealership because the whole process took 4.5 hours from the initial call.
