    Bought a defected 20ft reindeer a couple weeks before Christmas, went maybe 4 days before Christmas to return it and it was super busy. Asked a store clerk what’s the return policy and they stated 90 days. I went today and spoke to Store Director marki or something like that and told me I would only get 50% back of the original price. Checked my online receipt and nowhere on there does it say that. Both him and the clerk were rude and ontop of that accused my daughter of stealing a care bear that she walked in with. I don’t even think At home sells Care Bears. Rude employees, stole from me, and accused my 6 year old daughter of theft. Ridiculous. If I could do 0 stars I would.

    At home has a diverse product group and a lot of seasonal options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall worth popping in to see the products in person.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
