    Arrived at 9:30pm on a Saturday night and tried to walk in but a worker was standing there holding the door shut and said they were closed although I can clearly see many people inside still shopping… the hours online say that they close at 10pm and I even called and the recording said they close at 10pm as well. Extremely frustrating!

    First time coming here and we bought a Instapot. When we got home my husband opened it to find it was already opened and used with a nasty sticky substance at the bottom. We quickly got back into our truck to return it just for the MANAGER to accuse my husband of using it and trying to return it. How could we have possibly used it in the 30 minutes it took us to get home? ( The receipt is dated and has the time it was bought TODAY ) Worst experience and I will not be returning to a place that treats customers so poorly.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
