I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided today by the technician, Quentin. He walked up to my front entry door, went back to his truck to grab a wall brush, returned, held the brush up, and took a photo without actually brushing anything. He then repeated the exact same behavior on the back patio—again taking photos without performing the service.
After witnessing this, I repeatedly asked Quentin to leave my property via text message and through the camera speakers. Despite clearly seeing my messages and hearing my requests, he chose to ignore them and remained on my property.
It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing to see someone put in minimal effort and falsely document work that was never done. I expect honesty and professionalism, and this experience fell far short of that standard.

Gregory was very professional and respectful. He did a good job. 10/10. My only issue is the length of the time slot. People wait 4 hours for a 15min service. Also, I had to call 10min after the end of the time slot before I was notified that he’d arrive within 30-60min. Send a message after the first 2hrs with an ETA then again 30mins before arrival and do it before the customer has to call.
