    Yuck! All the employees seem to hate their job. The lady stocking was pissed I needed something where she was stocking. She just looked extremely mad in general. No greeting of any sort. Bathrooms smelt so bad even my toddler mentioned it. I’ll stick to the one in Fort Worth much more welcoming.

    Most of the time AtHome is awesome! I'm weary of big purchases though. We purchased a $2000 patio furniture set - used 4 times, and always covered when not in use. One of the cushions already has a small tear. When contacting support, they are less than helpful: "Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your patio set. While our systems aren't currently able to handle replacement orders, this is on our roadmap and we hope to launch a fix for this within a year. We're looking forward to providing a better customer experience in the near future. While we don't sell replacement cushions for this item, we do offer many sizes and styles of patio cushions in our stores. Another option for finding odd-sized patio cushions is checking with a supplier of custom cushions. A quick search of "custom cushions" on your favorite browser will help you get started." --- If purchasing an expensive item, it may be good to go elsewhere

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
