Lied about my membership saying I had to pay monthly when I was not even getting a treatment and that was not what I was told when I signed up. Then randomly said oh no that’s not right and switched it back. So I paid for multiple treatments when I did not even get one.

It was refreshing to see such positive energy and eagerness to do a good job vs giving an impression of “I’m just here to check the box and move on to my next assignment”. I look forward working with them this summer to learn more about/experience the effectiveness of their products. This was my first treatment with them. So far they’re off to a great start!
