I love LOWE'S but their phone now answers with AI that's not so I. Or perhaps we are not so intelligent since we spent 13min and 48sec trying to explain what we needed to a robot. 5min of that we were trying to get an associate. Once it even told us it did not understand what we wanted and to call back later, and hung up!
We did get our needs met once we talked to a good old fashioned employee.

Very disappointed in the customer service at the Forney Lowe’s. Purchased garden supplies and checked out at the outside register. Three carts of product consisting of 16 bags of sand, 17 stepping stones and a few other items. While I was loading these into the bed of my truck, the cashier comes out and says he added my $280 to the following customer. No help mind you to load my truck. I had to go back in to customer service to correct the error the cashier made. While doing so, I pointed out I was incorrectly charged for the stones. I was charged for the large stones and I had the small ones. The head cashier said I had to bring in my entire order so she can verify. After loading all that I have to now unload it take it to her then reload it on my own! A manger was standing there and was not much help. Finally I was asked to go bring back one stone for them to see. It was a $40 difference. Sad they cannot take the word of a loyal customer and just correct the issue. The time it took for the head cashier, manager and the original cashier to work thru this, it cost more in payroll then the $40. Also, they can see from my account the amount of money I spend there. With the new Forney Home Depot open down the road, you would think they would be working to keep there customers. Home Depot has a new customer. I can purchase the same items there.

The store was organized and we were immediately greeted upon entering.
Gloria was very knowledgeable about the lawnmowers and went above and beyond with our visit.

Went to Lowe's to buy Fridge and Washer and Dryer. 3 people different info. Would not deliver or give us an option as it was a last model even though they would deliver washer and dryer.🤨🤔 first told us no warranty then 3rd person said we could buy warranty. All the while sticker on fridge said Delivery and Warranty option available.
Also did not sell can to semimount conversion light kit.
Meanwhile I handed the sticker on the fridge and said dont False advertise.

I had to take a minute to recognize Saniyah at the Forney Lowe’s because the level of service she gave me was on a completely different level than what you usually see in retail.
I came in to pick up some wood and a grill brush for my smoker—nothing complicated—but what stood out was her energy and attitude from the jump. She was running the self-checkout area, and instead of just standing there watching, she was actively helping customers, staying engaged, and keeping everything moving smoothly.
When she helped me, her energy was a straight 10 out of 10. She was friendly, sharp, and actually seemed like she wanted to be there helping people. That kind of attitude makes a big difference. She didn’t just point me in the right direction or rush me through checkout—she made sure everything was right and made the whole interaction easy and enjoyable.
You don’t come across employees like that often. Most people do the bare minimum, but Saniyah went above and beyond without even trying—it just looked natural for her. That kind of presence reflects really well on your store.
If you’re recognizing employees for great service, she absolutely deserves it. She’s the type of person that keeps customers coming back.
