    They pride there selves on cobolt tools you can’t return after 30 days even in unopened package will go to home depot

    Hard to find employees to help with questions and getting items down from upper shelves. Went in for garage door insulation, stopped an employee and immediately said not my department, even though I been a customer here for a while now and this has happened many times, will be going to the new Home Depot in Forney even though its further but better customer service.

    I came here today to buy the battery for my garage door opener and kitchen vent light bulb. I was not sure which one I will get and kind of wondering around the store, few minutes later I approached and asked the guy named SCOT who was very professional, knowledgeable and knows what he was doing. He didn’t hesitate to take me straight to the aisle where I was supposed to go and helped me to get the exact thing that I needed. He even find the tools to put the battery for me when I told him I don’t know how. I am a nurse by profession and I know exactly how it matters when we approach people with a kind heart. I highly recommend the management team to hire more people like Scot. And again Scot, I really appreciate you and your support. God bless you🥰

    On 12-2-2025, my mother visited Lowe's with the intention of returning an item purchased within 72 hours. The original method of payment was Visa, and she expected the refund to be processed back to her card. However, she was informed by a manager that Lowe's has implemented a new return policy. According to this policy, a different department now decides whether a refund is granted. Unfortunately, this change was neither posted in plain view at the store nor mentioned on the receipt. This experience was particularly frustrating because my mother does not frequently visit Lowe's, and there appeared to be no valid reason for the refund not to be processed as originally expected. Additionally, the manager mentioned a new system, which seems to complicate the straightforward process of returning an item. If this truly is the new policy, it would be beneficial for customers to be informed upfront to avoid unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. We want a refund in the same manner in which we paid. I kindly request that Lowe's provide clear communication regarding any updated return policies, both in-store and on receipts, to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could address this specific incident and clarify whether this is indeed the new policy across all Lowe's locations. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution that reflects Lowe's commitment to excellent customer service.
