I came into the store to have my new plaster water tested and he refused to help me with the chemicals needed to balance my water. I only gave this review 2 stars because the other in-store employee offered to help. Ryan is terrible!

Never any greeting or acknowledgment. If you’re helping someone and need to step out of the store a simple “I’ll be right back to assist you.” goes a long way!

If you dare ask a question or disagree with him, he will simply ignore you and slam products on the counter. We now drive to the Mesquite location to avoid the "smack down".
