I am so disappointed. I stopped in to Lowe's a few days ago and saw tons of dead plants. Just because they're on clearance does not mean they should not be watered and conversely, if they're not watered they don't need to be put on clearance- the manager needs to step up and make sure the job is being done correctly. It is so absolutely wasteful and does not speak positively of the store. It's not even the heat of the summer yet so I can only imagine what a disaster is going to be then.

I've been shopping at this Lowe's for ten years including high price appliances. I recently purchased an Oregon chain for a Stihl chainsaw. It clearly states that it will fit my particular model. It doesn't fit. I kept it as a backup when needed and only recently tried to use it. Today on 2.15.26 I tried to return it and was told it was outside of the 90-day return window. I purchased it on 11.15.25, which is 92 days! So the manufacturer description is incorrect and I'm held responsible. Lowe's can lose thousands of dollars of revenue from my household because they dug in on a $24.98 chain. I called and spoke with a manager who informed me that the return clerks only need to ask for a manager to override the 90-day policy. She stated that she'd go talk with the associate for future cases, but she didn't offer to solve my situation. Failures all over the place at that store. Seems like the manager needs to be reminded of how to resolve issues not just "talk" to her subordinates about policies. Just left Home Depot Flower Mound after spending the money that Lowe's turned away.

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
