    It seems that most times when I’m looking for basic 1/2” or 3/4” pvc fittings, this Lowe’s is out of stock. Plumbing inventory control is terrible. I just end up driving south on Long Prairie to the Home Depot to get what I need. I should probably just drive past Lowe’s and go straight to Home Depot!

    I go to Lowe’s exclusively, but today I am again frustrated at some of the same issues I encountered here over and over again. I can’t send an email to the store, and the garden manager was out today, so here are my issues. Came in garden area to pick up Scott’s winter lawn fertilizer. Looked in the front of garden section, then went to aisle 2. After going up and down the aisle for 15 minutes, I found it in the middle of aisle 3, one pallet all by itself. No other fertilizer on this aisle. Found a display of the small bag of it in aisle 2, but no price. Went to check out, person in front of me had a plant with no price on it. Spent 15 minutes waiting for the cashier to get help. Whoever came up to help him couldn’t make a decision as the line grew longer snd longer. My 10 minute trip took almost 45.

    Can I enter zero Stars? To start, the store itself is clean and usually can find whatever I might need for that day's project. This review is really pointed at the appliances -- specifically installation. I have been trying for over a month to get Install Partners, the Lowes contract for appliance delivery and installation in my area to deliver and install my dishwasher. While Lowes is responsive via phone, IP is completely unresponsive. Always VM (even Lowes representatives get VM when they call trying to assist me), and then no return call. This week has been multiple calls everyday trying to get delivery scheduled. I have had it. Asking Lowes for full refund and having to wait for a call back on that too. If you need delivery and/or installation strongly suggest you go elsewhere. As for me, after 2 washer/dryers, a fridge, a previous dishwasher == NEVER AGAIN!! Update 10/06: Called the Customer Care number listed in the response from Lowe’s — who sent me back to Installation Services! So why bother?!? Just another way Lowe’s is truly dropping the ball. Thankfully, my local store is better than corporate. Shout out to Frank and Ryan at the Flower Mound, TX store who went the extra mile to fix a problem that was not theirs. Lowe’s Corporate — still not going to do appliance installs (so not buying appliances) with you guys until you fix or fire Install Partners. They are terrible and killing the appliance part of your business.
