Pretty clean store and parking lot was easy to get in and out. The carts were all picked up and it was easy to find everything I was looking for inside. Employees were friendly and helpful but I didn’t actually need any help. The store was set up in a way to find items quickly.

Bought clearance tile and was told twice at the time of purchase that we could return it no problem with a valid receipt within 60 days. Came to return it 11 days later unused and undamaged and was told we can’t return it because it’s clearance by both the service desk and the first manager. I called the store where it was purchased (East Chase) and the manager said we should have no problem returning it as long as it’s a valid return no matter if it is on clearance. My husband went and asked the tile department if we could return clearance tile and they said yes. We read the policy on Lowe’s website and they said yes. We read the posted return policy on the wall at the customer service desk and it said yes. I then spoke with the second manager after speaking with the other store and explained the situation. Again, he said we could not return it because it’s on clearance. I was then asked if I was told at any point I could not return it (remember I was told I would have no problem returning it twice). When I said no and explained the situation again the manager seemed to have no problem returning it. Thankfully we did get our return, but not after basically arguing with customer service for 30 minutes about their own posted policy … hence the 2 stars. I hope they train their customer service employees to be more service oriented and learn their own policy.
