Horrible customer service. They don't answer calls when someone does pick up they aren't knowledgeable. Plan to be transfered a dozen times before someone just hangs up on you. Their pro services are the worst. If you are trying to cancel your account no one knows how and will keep sending you to different departments till the call is ended. I will never shop here again. They don't care.

Went to my local lowes store found a echo show 8 I wanted to purchase it, it was locked behind a case with older model product right next to it,it has a 89.95 price on it and come to find out they would not owner the price, spoke to the personal there showed them the issue and they said there is nothing they can do didn't even try to offer a discount for there mistake they just removed item and walked away. I took a picture of item and missed price but they just said they dont have to owner the price.

Super disappointed in this location… went to purchase a garage door opener and i was pretty sure Lowe’s did install but i asked 4 different people including the customer service desk and supposedly a manager was asked:. I was told they do not install the openers.. this location did not have the model i wanted so i went to the southlake location on Saturday which had the model and i just asked to ask do yall install these and he said yes we do shall i set that up for you???????? Ill be giving that location 5 stars… but please train your staff so your consistent with your customers….
