I used to shop here a lot. Andrew and Collin at the pro desk are awesome but it’s turned into a joke. Not only has the customer service gone downhill but the their incompetence apparently reflects to customers you bring in to them. I’ve not only pulled my account from them but also 2 other builders we work with as well. They harass you for their screw ups time and time again. Their delivery is a joke as well. Then they hide behind that they don’t control it. Stay FAR AWAY from this store. Go to another Lowe’s or Home Depot. Save yourself a headache from their bs.

Since my lawn service providers wanted an access of $1,200.00 add sprinklers to my back yard, I opted to do an above ground sprinkler instead. So, I headed to our local Lowe's Home Improvement store. This store is very neat in appearance, organized, clean, and well stocked. I confidently headed straight to the plumbing section of the store and began purchasing the needs materials. Mr. Jack who worked on the plumbing department in the store, was very instrumental in assisting me in gathering the correct materials to complete my dyi sprinkler system for my back yard. He was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable in his craft and made it easy in purchasing my materials. With the mate in tow I headed to the cashier area in the garden department to check out. Ms. Debbie, was the cashier, and she was polite, with a nice smile and very welcoming, she was very efficient and ensured I had everything needed. I tried to use the receipt to give a review there hoo, but could not get it to work.
