  I've never rented a storage unit before. I went online to check out facilities and lots of great recommendations for Extra Space Storage, so called and Shayna was very helpful in securing a unit for me. Process was super easy and everyone has been friendly and helpful, especially Jay who helped with lighting and two others (sorry, didn't catch their names) who helped with locks. Will recommend Extra Space Storage!

  Customer Beware: whatever price they quote you, they will DOUBLE it in 3 months. I rented our unit beginning in November. Here at the end of January, they are informing me that they are changing my rate to $100 per month instead of the $50 a month that I agreed to. Pleasant staff, good units, but they WILL up your rate almost immediately! And they only informed by mail, I almost missed the memo because no email was sent! Note: This was not a “promotional rate,” this was the agreed on rate that did not have an ending date.
