    The customer service here was top notch. Audrenna was EXTREMELY helpful! We were having gift card trouble and she kept an amazing attitude with us and helped us through the process. She got everything to work and we are extremely grateful!

    I recently visited the At Home – Euless, TX location after being directly instructed by one of At Home’s own Directors to come in and complete an exchange. I followed every step, communicated professionally, and attempted to avoid any issues yet I experienced one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted me, acknowledged me, or offered help. After speaking to multiple associates, a manager named Lisette finally approached, and her demeanor was immediately dismissive and unprofessional. When I explained that I had been in communication with corporate leadership, her response was simply: “And?” Not only was the tone disrespectful, but she made no effort to assist or even review the information sent from the Director. Another associate stood by and watched without stepping in. This is now the second time I’ve been directed to a store by At Home leadership only to be treated poorly and sent away without a resolution. The lack of professionalism, training, and basic courtesy is deeply concerning. Additionally, the environment did not feel welcoming or inclusive. As a customer, I should not feel uncomfortable or singled out just walking into a store yet that is exactly what happened. To make matters worse, while I was in the store dealing with this, the Director of Human Resources (who told me to come to the store) began ignoring my emails, leaving me standing in the store with no support and no resolution. I walked out the store with no assistance, no solution, and a very clear impression that this location lacks leadership, accountability, customer service standards, and cultural awareness. At Home needs to take a serious look at the behavior, communication, and service culture at this location. No customer should have to go through this.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
