    Avoid the Insider Perk card and online ordering. ​I have had an incredibly poor experience with this store’s online system and customer service. First, there is no phone support; everything is via email with a 48-hour delay. Worse, I keep receiving the same automated "canned" responses regardless of what I write. ​The Insider Perk Credit Card is highly misleading. While they promise a $5 reward for every $100 spent, my certificates don't even show up at checkout. Even when they do, the system won't let you stack them to cover a full purchase—you are forced to pay a remaining balance out of pocket. ​Finally, their shipping policy is nonsensical. They charge the same high rate for standard shipping as they do for same-day, and the fee increases with every item you add. I’ve never seen a major retailer penalize customers for buying more items. Save your time and shop elsewhere

    I never leave a bad review but... Went in to grab a quick item, a floor mat, at 8:15ish, store closes at 9. We had to place them on the floor to visualize the size. A store clerk, middle age-ish, working there on March 29th during closing hrs. He approaches us indicating possible helpfulness, but basically tells us to put up all the mats before we leave the store. ??? We immediately lost interest in wanting to buy anything from the store. We were raised right, we always put up carts and anything we touched. But the fact that an employee approached us in the pretense of wanting to help, just so we can do his job, that he is getting paid for, is ridiculous. How about helping us buy something? My family member quickly indicated how uncomfortable the clerk made her and indicated we leave. Never coming back to this store.

    I have visited this store a few times but today I was coming to complete a delivery. I walked into the store & there were 3 employees just standing around talking, so I politely greeted them & asked where I could find a certain item, a gentleman directed me towards where i could find said item & I went over to the section, realizing I needed help getting more items from the upper section I walked back over to the employees where I apologized for interrupting their conversation but I needed help getting items down from the upper section, looking annoyed by the group the gentleman said nothing and started walking towards the section where I told him what I needed, we did have a brief chat while he was getting the items, I thanked him & walked to the register where I was greeted instantly by Team member Jess, I thanked her for her EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE in which she asked if I didn’t receive that prior to her, I told it was okay. A little customer service is not much to give when you choose to work in a customer service position. Jess embodied that. Thank you Jess.

    I did not get the lady's name that helped us but she was so awesome even though we couldn't find the rug that we were looking for she went out of her way to keep looking. Awesome customer service thank you so much.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
