- VVVioleta5 days ago1.0No sirve el compre un refrigerator y no me instalaron solo fueron y me lo dejaron ahi porque no tenian licenses de polomero voy à la tienda y dicen que si que ellos no lo pueden instalar que tengo que pager un plomero cuando se suponia que habia pagado para que lo llevaran y lo instalaran y luego me dicen que si lo quiero regresar lo lleve y me devulven el dinero en unos dias a parte de que dijieron que me lo llevarian de 9 a 12 pm y me lo llevaron a las 7 pm results que ellos pagan a una compania para entregas no es el mismo lowes el que entrega pero si cobran la entrega e instalacion me arrepiento de haber comprado en lowes y me dijo mi esposo vamos a Home Depot pero no quise y la verdad que si me arrepiento creo que nunca comprarle el lowes otra vez

I waited outside for my online order and after 10 minutes had to go inside to remind them I was there. They asked me to check in again, and I ended up waiting another 20 minutes while associates came and went with no update. It’s honestly faster to just go inside and shop than use online pickup. This was the worst pickup experience I’ve had.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
