  This is our second recliner purchase with La-Z-Boy. Abel Tovar helped us with our recent purchase and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to direct us to exactly what we wanted and made the transaction so easy and pleasant. We are very happy with our recliner and service from Abel.

  Had a pleasant experience today with my wife at La Z Boy in El Paso at 8701 Gateway Blvd West. Our service advisor Juan did a wonderful job showing us numerous options on recliners we were interested in. After showing us several models and designs we decided on one that was very similar to our recliners that we have now. We were very pleased and decided to purchase two matching recliners. Another couple was shopping at the same time and saw our enthusiasm and excitement, and they too purchased the same model recliner. It was a fun experience and also a shout out to Sue who was working with the other customers and their purchase and the Store Manager as well. We would recommend this store and Juan and the staff to anyone looking to upgrade and or replace home furniture. Thank you again for a great experience.

  Thank you to Sue at La-Z-Boy El Paso. Sue was patient, listened to my thoughts and concerns, and provided excellent advice and service.She was so easy to work with. Sue made the task of furniture buying (which I dreaded!) a pleasure! Looking forward to the arrival of new furniture.
