  I got tired of the mystery of “good deal” online lounge chair shopping and decided to stop by my favorite Furniture Row. Within minutes, our sales consultant (ALEX) guided us to the perfect chair. Mission accomplished! Why did I waste hours of my time looking at questionable chairs from China, instead of quality from Colorado?!? Lesson learned.

  Our visit to Furniture Row was great. We were greeted upon entering the store By Jorge as he asked us do we needed help finding anything we replied no we were just looking around and if we find something we liked we would let him know. We found a living room set we liked and Jorge answered all our questions and more. Thank again Jorge for being a true professional

  The showroom and final delivery experiences were exceptional, however, I had some issues with the delivery scheduling process. I was asked what day I wanted the delivery to occur and then was told that it would be delivered a day later and given zero flexibility in the time due to route constraints. I feel that if your store is delivering a day later than I requested, your routing schedule should allow for me to request the time since I had to reschedule my life/work schedule around your delay. Khalil was a superb salesman who took great care and attention in answering my questions; Alejandro and his partner who delivered and set up the couch were top notch and did a fantastic job.

  The services we received from your delivery service was very good. Messaging that occurred before their arrival was sent as a reminder and they also let us know when they were on the way and in what time span to expect them. The recliner unfortunately was packed with a leg part set on top of the seat cushion which caused an indentation in the leather. Nick (one of the delivery men) used a heating tool on it and it did resolve a portion of the indentation but not all of it. He did state that with the use of the recliner in the next couple of days, if the indentation did not resolve, to call and report what the results are. He did take pictures of the indentation with his phone and said he would report it. He said the product would be replaced with a new one if the issue did not resolve. Otherwise, the service was great and Nick and Joe were very helpful and professional.

  Huge facility, lots of selection and courtesy staff. I like that they allow you to browse around without anyone breathing down your neck. Very reasonable prices. Great experience.
