- JFJose FelixMar 25, 20261.0They went ahead and raised my rental $80 dollars without any notification ($140 to $220) just because. When I called them to inquire they told me they sent out a notification 30-45 days prior. Told them I didn't received anything in the mail and that's when the representative told me they notification was returned back to them... Since when is ok for a company to send a notification, receive the notification back wich lets them know that the costumer haven't been properly iformed about the changes and still proceed with the increase without any other effort (email or call) to reach out to the costumer ? When confronted about why they couldn't give me a call to let me know, his answer was that they don't have the time to call all costumers, that's the way they do it (by mail)...wich is funny becuse if you are one day late on your payment they will call you immediately. The lack of professionalism and the insult to people's intelligence is quite infuriating !
