I went to go and place my belongings into the storage unit and I thought the door got stuck, I went back down to the office informed Mr.Jack of the situation, he came at a moments notice to check it out, he easily advised it was a simple way of holding the door down "all the way" to allow the pressure from the slide lock to open from the side. Great attitude, Great Customer Service. Thank you
