I ordered custom window for a client. 2800 for 8 of them. Order went in 2 Dec. Delivery date 23 Dec. Everytime I called in on a stauts. Different story. Didnt get tem till 12 jan. My customer is hounding me. I give him a break on the job. I expected lowes to do the same. And at first all indications looked like they were. For being so late. It's been over a week have not heard from anyone w lowes. So unless emergency lowes is off my business list. Not good for business or business!!
