    I've always had a good experience at this location, but not this morning. I wasn't going to purchase anything I was dropping off empty plant pots for recycling. I parked by the garden center because in the past that's where I would drop them off. At the entrance was a young man and young lady (Priscilla) chatting both employees. I greeted them and told them I was dropping them off. They looked at me and one pointed to what I'm assuming was the entrance and the other one did speak and said I needed to drop it off in the front. I told them I've dropped off bulbs, batteries and bags in the front, but I always drop of the pots at the garden center. Priscilla said she's been there 2 years and they have never dropped them off there. I guess i was lying. Priscilla called someone and they told her I needed to drop them off where she said. I asked who she spoke to and she said the cashier at the front but the manager was there. I left. Those 2 young employees could have very easily said they could take the bag of pots to the recycling bins for me. Manners are taught at home, but there are businesses that train their employees customer service. Does Lowes? Im pretty sure I'm 3 times their age. I got in my car and called. I asked to speak to the manager and a Naomi answered. I asked her if she was the manager and said yes. I asked her where I could drop off the pots for recycling. She wasn't aware they did that. She wanted to put me a hold so she could ask someone. Really? Supposedly she is the manager. I just hung up. Very disappointed with the lack of interest, lack of motivation and the lack of knowledge demonstrated by the employees.

    Why is it always a wait in self checkout? What is the point of having 8 self checkouts if you are only going to utilize 4 of them? Materials are the same quality as HD and yet they charge $1 or more per item.

    I want to give a huge thank-you to Cristian and his team at Lowe’s for going above and beyond during our recent visit. My son had his heart set on a candy cane Christmas wheel, and it showed there was only one left. Instead of simply telling us it wasn’t available, Cristian and his staff went out of their way literally climbing, disconnecting, and taking extra steps to get it down safely. Their kindness and effort meant the world to us. Seeing my son’s face light up when they brought it down is something I’ll never forget. It’s rare to find employees who care enough to go that extra mile, and we truly appreciate everything they did to make sure he went home with a decoration he absolutely loves. Thank you, Cristian and the whole team, for your exceptional service and kindness. You made our day!
