Jimmy was a great help in the appliance section today. He helped when I asked about a specific Samsung washing machine and promptly went to check if he had it in stock. He came back and informed me that it was in stock and I asked him to price the total with delivery and installation included, which he did without issue. I appreciate his customer service as he didn't even know that I would be purchasing and took me to the front checkout to do this for me. Safe to say that he got a sale today!

Rick gives terrible customer service
I have always had great experiences here until today
I went in to buy some pvc parts and I asked if they could cut a long pvc pole in half so it could fit in my car and Rick made a huge deal and was super rude to me when I asked him nicely if he could help me out
He made it seem as if I was not going to pay and if I was bothering him
I had to show him my receipt as he demanded…to prove my purchase to him

I've always had a good experience at this location, but not this morning. I wasn't going to purchase anything I was dropping off empty plant pots for recycling. I parked by the garden center because in the past that's where I would drop them off. At the entrance was a young man and young lady (Priscilla) chatting both employees. I greeted them and told them I was dropping them off. They looked at me and one pointed to what I'm assuming was the entrance and the other one did speak and said I needed to drop it off in the front. I told them I've dropped off bulbs, batteries and bags in the front, but I always drop of the pots at the garden center. Priscilla said she's been there 2 years and they have never dropped them off there. I guess i was lying. Priscilla called someone and they told her I needed to drop them off where she said. I asked who she spoke to and she said the cashier at the front but the manager was there. I left. Those 2 young employees could have very easily said they could take the bag of pots to the recycling bins for me. Manners are taught at home, but there are businesses that train their employees customer service. Does Lowes? Im pretty sure I'm 3 times their age. I got in my car and called. I asked to speak to the manager and a Naomi answered. I asked her if she was the manager and said yes. I asked her where I could drop off the pots for recycling. She wasn't aware they did that. She wanted to put me a hold so she could ask someone. Really? Supposedly she is the manager. I just hung up. Very disappointed with the lack of interest, lack of motivation and the lack of knowledge demonstrated by the employees.
