Worst online order experience ever! It was the most simple order ever and a few packages of sponges the wife wanted and couldn't find anywhere else, but after very clear delivery guidance on the order our package went to the wrong address and after I spoke to a manager named Kenny and some other lady named Lisa, after a week I still haven't received our sponges or received a refund so basically they just stole from us! After this incompetent and pathetic failure with such a seemingly simple order we decided to cancel our order of a new washer and dryer from them and buy them from Home Depot where they understand the true meaning and value of customer service!

Waited 10 minutes after the customer service lady called for help. When I asked her if she could call a manager she told another associate can you wat h this while I deal with this. Sorry she had to deal with me but I thought I was the customer? As usual bad customer service!

Bought a fridge and stove from here, both came out defective with an unknown issue. Even had a warranty for the fridge, and instead of replacing or reimbursement they kept talking me into mechanic visit to no avail. No matter how many times I call about it they kept procrastinating it until my warranty expired. Once it did expire, that is when they would try a reimbursement claim only to get denied. Warning others. Do not buy their warranties its a huge scam on their part.

Customer service in store was amazing. My problem began with trying to get my purchase delivered. I was promised my order would be delivered on Dec. 22 fully assembled. I received all my texts and responded to each of them as requested. On Sunday Dec 21st, I received a text with confirming my delivery window and then Monday morning they sent a text rescheduling the entire delivery. When calling them to find out what was going on I was told there was "no room on the truck." While super inconvenient for me, I agreed to move it to the 24th because I would still get it in time for Christmas, as it was a gift. Now, it is the 24th and I receive a phone call from the Assistant Manager of the Rojas store, telling me they can either deliver my purchase in a box today or I can wait to get it delivered another day fully assembled. I asked what was going on because this is the second time they do this to me. She replied that they only received my purchase in their warehouse yesterday and were not able to assemble it. I asked her how that was my problem. On Monday, I was told the delivery "did not fit' on the truck. She said, I am only filling the order, if the westside store "over promised and under delivered" that is nothing I have control over. So basically, it isn't her problem. I had no choice but to accept my delivery in the box or my husband would have no gift. I feel like this is horrible service on Lowe's part from both locations. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when we had the same situation a few months ago, when we purchased our appliances from them but now I see this is just how they operate.
