I’m just a little upset considering I paid extra for SAME day delivery, and it is now about o be the next day and I did not receive what I ordered. It was really needed and I ordered it early in the morning. Very disappointing

“I had a disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was virtually nonexistent, and I found myself wandering around trying to find someone to assist me. The information provided online was inaccurate, which wasted a lot of time. Also, it’s not the place to get copies of your keys; you’ll end up wasting your time here. Overall, not a great experience. Definitely will not return.

Purchased a side by side fridge and remodeling crew were unable to level and balance fridge was rocking back & forth. Called the Rojas store they were unwilling to assist and search for purchase order!!! Fridge was bought at Rojas store...had to call Montana store and it took 7hrs but they were fantastic and set up service call to balance the fridge in 10min!! Horrible customer service at Rojas branch spoke to Amber the asst manager and just wrote off my concerns. NOW whirlpool fridge sparking and fizzy noise and again they passed buck to call manufacturer.Can't contact waited on 888 no# 1hr morning then tried again in afternoon again 1hr hold NO ONE ANSWERS!! TRIED https this error message!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
