    Had multiple employees just stare at me pushing it through the store from garden center and not any asked for assistance and even tried to avoid making eye contact. I despise these automated responses they give as well.

    I have purchased many items from Lowe's in carlsbad nm and always had the best experiences. However, I bought a new washer to be delivered to a woman from the Lowe's on Redd Rd. In El Paso and have had the worst experience i could imagine. I paid the 50 dollar fee to have the representative from Lowe's deliver the new one to take the old one away. Sounds good except that they not only took the old one, they took her dryer which was in excellent condition and another washer here that belongs to her landlady. Then in the process of trying to track down these appliances I have had nothing but the run around from the store managers, even having this all recorded by her cameras at her garage. The store would not even give me the name of these subcontractors who took them. No identification on the truck and no information from Lowe's. Their comment was to get a lawyer and take us to court, we have lots of lawyers, money and time. This is such a slap in the face of a customer, this lady on a fixed income and barely getting by. That is why I ordered this for her because her machine went bad. Unfortunately I live in carlsbad and don't have the opportunity to get to the store and pursue this matter. But I do want to warn future customers that if you have a Lowe's representative deliver a large appliance and remove any other ones, you better be on your toes and NEVER let them out of your sight when they are on your property.

    Attention Store 1152.... Let this be a lesson. I went today to Lowes for a Pickup later... The product was Trex Flooring... I stop by the Contractor Sales desk where there was at least 6 employees.. Hi Fiving each other and basically joking around... I ask for help regarding my order... They redirected me to Pick up Later.. I pushed the assist button... Elijah's mentioned that my order was at the bottom of the list... He directed me to the isle where Trex is located... No one came ... I loaded my order in approximately 8 mins.... And walked straight out the Lumber Canopy to my truck and started loading my order ... Because TIME is of the essence and we have responsibilities to attend too. No one Noticed that I just walked out without printing or verifying the PICK up ORDER. I loaded up product and walked back to Front End services. I ask for LP or MOD in charge... I spoke to the Front end MOD and told her that I had to grab my own order and No one verified anything.... She proceeded to ask for the Order#. I closed the order with out anyone walking over to verify the order .. I asked her to verify and she said it's OK I don't need too..... Moral of the Story... Customer service is the MOST basic fundamental SERVICE for repeat business... Good thing I'm not a Thief... I think the next morning meeting should include Loss Prevention and customer service.... No customers= No Sales = No Jobs.... As a former Lowes Employee I was #1 in Sales at 1146 2001. - 2006 Employees these days don't take there jobs seriously anymore.... Until they don't have a job.... I Love Lowes and I believe in there Mission ... Have a nice Day....

    Elijah at customer pick up is so patient and responsive. The amount of times someone would interrupt or even ask questions while he was loading my pallets and he was so unbothered and available. Thank you again for all your help
