    Customer service in store was amazing. My problem began with trying to get my purchase delivered. I was promised my order would be delivered on Dec. 22 fully assembled. I received all my texts and responded to each of them as requested. On Sunday Dec 21st, I received a text with confirming my delivery window and then Monday morning they sent a text rescheduling the entire delivery. When calling them to find out what was going on I was told there was "no room on the truck." While super inconvenient for me, I agreed to move it to the 24th because I would still get it in time for Christmas, as it was a gift. Now, it is the 24th and I receive a phone call from the Assistant Manager of the Rojas store, telling me they can either deliver my purchase in a box today or I can wait to get it delivered another day fully assembled. I asked what was going on because this is the second time they do this to me. She replied that they only received my purchase in their warehouse yesterday and were not able to assemble it. I asked her how that was my problem. On Monday, I was told the delivery "did not fit' on the truck. She said, I am only filling the order, if the westside store "over promised and under delivered" that is nothing I have control over. So basically, it isn't her problem. I had no choice but to accept my delivery in the box or my husband would have no gift. I feel like this is horrible service on Lowe's part from both locations. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when we had the same situation a few months ago, when we purchased our appliances from them but now I see this is just how they operate.

    I was there Dec 22, loaded up aprox 600.00 worth of tools and just needed a drill but they are locked on aisle 67 I asked reps close by to get help 4 times and no one showed up 25 min later I left my basket there on aisle 67 full I figured you should have the people to put it away since they are not interested in selling and most of them were just shooting the breeze and not able to get help. Should be no stars but I can’t submit without me picking 1 star thanks

    Lowe's H.I. - visit to plan a project of door replacement. It took me several trips, but finally closed the deal on Black Friday. I ordered a custom door after few trips. I would like to commend Maria and Mariah who helped me through the process. During my visit, both Maria and Mariah on different occasions were extremely helpful and diligent as I went through the process of ordering a custom door. Their attention to detail, patients, expertise and customer focused makes for a great customer experience. I have shopped at Lowe's on Redd Rd and often I am surprised that different Lowe's members in respective departments don't really make an effort. Perhaps they are simply just busy. Nonetheless, Maria and Mariah made my customer experience worthwhile. (I do hope that Lowe's leader Mr. M. Ellison would take notice of what a great customer experience can be.) LOW vs HD ... location is why I do shope at LOW. Most of the time the experience is not a par... but Maria and Mariah .. did an excellent and professional job! (If you need a door or window, stop by at Lowe's Redd Rd and Maria or Mariah are extremely pro to get the job done!

    We regret to inform you that our recent experience with your delivery service has been unsatisfactory. Despite holding a professional account and placing an order at 9 AM, we did not receive the materials for our job site. We decided to cancel the order over all This delay has resulted in significant financial losses, approximately $400, due to unproductive labor hours. We find this level of unprofessionalism and disregard for our operational needs unacceptable. Consequently, we will be seeking alternative suppliers for our future material requirements and will advise our professional network to do the same.
