    Best quality and they stand behind their products. I had a very minor flaw with a recliner and they replaced it immediately with no questions asked. Ask for Abel, excellent sales associate.

    Juan and Susanne were a wealth of knowledge, and full of patience. They helped my wife and I find the perfect couch and recliner, giving us ample time to ask questions, and helpful advice throughout the experience. Absolutely will buy again from them in the future!

    We had bought furniture with the repair warranty almost 2 years ago. If you don't use the warranty in a certain amount of time you get that $ back. Hate that you have to go and find something to buy with the money they return to you. Armando was a bit high pressure at first, but once we told him why we were there, he let us look and browse on our own. Armond was able to get the price of the items we decided on within the money we had been credited so we didn't have to pay more.

    Bad customer service. Felt like buy it or don’t buy it. I call it pressure selling. Then apparently individual that assisted us was manager Armando. Well don’t recommend this place. Bought my other Chair here from Bruciaga sales and manager great customer service from him ….this guy Armando said oh he is the Manager ….well you lost a customer!
