The outside storage is poorly secured, and dirt easily gets inside, leaving your belongings dirty and exposed. I was originally paying $179 per month, which I accepted knowing it was basic outdoor storage. However, I recently noticed my rate increased to $259 without any notice. When I called, they told me it was due to inflation but then offered to “lower it back” to my original rate. That’s a red flag. So basically, they raise prices randomly and only adjust them if you catch it. That’s deceptive and unprofessional. A small rate increase makes sense, but nearly a $100 jump? That’s unacceptable. Feels like a fraudulent business practice. Avoid this place there are much more honest and transparent storage companies out there.
