I purchased 3 items there and I regret it should have gone to a different store and purchased those items for half the cost.Especially the account team from Viscount in El Paso like I mentioned i purchased 3 items there and they couldn’t wait for a payment that was going to be late 2 days late told me to return the item back which I did 2 weeks ago and they are still calling me that I still have the laptop!!!!! Please don’t shop there!!!! And make sure if you return an item to take it to the store you got it from if not you will be getting a call from them trying to collect a payment when you don’t have the item anymore!!!!!

Told them I'm okay with the late fees but until I get my paycheck I can't pay because my bank account is at NOTHING. Instead I get badgered with calls all day while I'm working and told I need to call back and make the payment by today. Excuse me? I just told you guys I don't have money. And I'm being asked to borrow money from someone else? My paycheck being late is out of my control, I'm sorry my payment is late for the one time out of months of nothing but on time payments, but these people should at least try to be a little more understanding to the situation instead of being unprofessional and argumentative, putting a time pressure on me when I'm already up to my eyeballs in stress and work. After I'm done and paying this washer and dryer off I refuse to use or even recommend this business to anyone.

But as the years went by, ive became really tired of how they treated us when we were faced with hard times. Why should i have to argue with a "manager" about why our payments werent on time even though i explained we werent paid what we were supposed to be paid. How are you a manager and getting rude with a customer in the first place!?!? But its okay because i will NEVER go back to them until they learn how to train decent managers that work with customers no matter the situation at hand.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
