    I’ve had ongoing issues with this Aaron’s location that still haven’t been resolved. I returned a television, but it has not been removed from my account and I am still being shown as responsible for it. Despite contacting them, this has not been corrected. On top of that, they refused to pick up a mattress in my possession, claiming it smells like smoke. I strongly dispute this claim and had it independently checked with no odor present. What makes this worse is that I was told over the phone that if I made a payment, the item could just be “paid off,” instead of actually resolving the pickup issue. That does not feel like a fair or proper solution. At this point, I’m dealing with: * An item I returned still being billed * A refusal to pick up another item based on a disputed claim * Pressure to pay instead of resolving the actual issue I’ve tried to handle this directly with the store, but I haven’t gotten a real resolution yet. I’m posting this so others are aware and so management takes the situation seriously. I’m hoping this gets corrected soon and handled the right way.

    my family & i have been customers for about 6+ years, purchased living room sets, bedroom sets, & laptops - never had an issue. simply make your payment as you should with any bill. either way, they are very understanding. service & delivery have ALWAYS been great.

    I am 100 percent pleased with Aaron's Team members. Sales associates,store manager and delivery specialist are all very professional and patient. Closing sale and other transactions was smooth fast and easy. Thank you Andrea for your help I appreciate you!! Delivery specialist they were great installed a whole bedroom set less than ten minutes very kind !all team members definitely made my day . Thank you😊🙏 Last but not least I RECOMMEND 💯 NORTHEAST.
