- GRGeo RivMar 24, 20261.0Purchase a refrigerator online for delivery to include haul away of old refrigerator. Delivery person gave a 10 min heads up notification, and they just dropped off the fridge, they did not connect ir install and they did not haul away the old refrigerator. Spent the majority of the day contacting Lowes to have the error corrected. I spoke to 6 different Lowes employees including the customer complaint employee. I had to explain my situation 6 different times and they couldn't tell me when the fridge would be picked up. They kept saying that it wasn't their fault, that they have a 3rd party to deliver. The delivery was on Sunday and they were telling me that they couldn't pick up the fridge until Wednesday. I finally got someone that said they could pick it up the next day since by the time this was resolved it was late in the day and delivery drivers had already gone home (what i was told).

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
