Update: the number they provide is a regular 1-800 number to Lowes to call to place order, etc. NOT a number for customer service.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. The manager a big guy, short hair, tall, big belly dude is the epitome of poor leadership—unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly irritated by having to do his job. Basic customer questions were treated like an inconvenience, and honesty and professionalism were completely absent.
This kind of attitude doesn’t happen in a vacuum. When management is lazy and disengaged, the entire staff follows suit, and that is exactly what’s happening at this location. The lack of customer service is glaring and embarrassing for a company that claims to value its customers.
If this is the standard Lowe’s is willing to tolerate, it explains a lot. Corporate needs to step in, because this store is being dragged down by incompetent leadership. Do better.

We had been walking throughout the store looking for the pink buckets... Paint and customer service looked but Rene from appliances went further and found some in lumber for us (the only section we didn't look 😮💨) Thank you to all the gentlemen that helped my mom get the buckets she was wanting

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
