    My problem with Lowes is that their online system is never accurate. I placed an order for curbside from a location farther from my home and when I got the notification that my item was ready for pick up the associate advised the item was not in stock and that it would arrive in a week. My husband and I checked our local lowes again and the item showed in stock again and would be ready for pick up same day. That was frustrating because we had just checked their inventory and it advised they did not have the item in stock. SMH!

    I recently visited the lumber section at Lowe’s and was disappointed by the level of customer service. The staff appeared unmotivated and were not helpful when assistance was needed. It felt like they were being unethical by not engaging with customers and just dragging their feet. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I hope they can improve their service in the future.names of the representatives are angel and azael literally dragging their feet … also the staff here know exactly what’s going on …..definitely will be going to the other locations

    Robert was working the paint station and saw I was struggling to match a paint from a different store and adivised me they could fill my paint needs from any competitor. Robert suggested the quality of paint and the amount I'd need for my project. He was well informed and super friendly, I am very great full for all his help today. Shout out Robert! p.s. I've already painted one room and had just enough to cover, as per Robert's advice!
