- AAAsGoodAsDead420Jul 30, 20251.0They brought me a bed and I found a bed bug on it I sprayed it with bed bug spray and covered it with a mattress cover they never brought me the screws and bolts to the frame for my bed even though they stopped by twice specifically to bring me those and they just never had them then some guy named Joey was extremely rude to me on the phone so I just told him to come get this stuff then when I was moving the mattresses out I figured out that they gave me a broken mattress that they tried to fix all half-assed in conclusion I will never get anything from Aaron's ever again

We returned a Nintendo switch almost a month ago, I had paid it till November 1st I turned it in near the first of October. 1) we didn't ger a refund 2) it is now November 6th and they continue to call my mom every day for money for the equipment I have already returned. When I returned it the guy didn't ask me my name, or the account. He just said " we can find it in the system via the serial number. Witch apparently they never have, they keep harassing my mother. If you want a good rental company, go see Chris at rent a center, atleats they will work with you, and if you returned something they will Make sure it's off your account and not continue to call and ask for money for something that you've returned.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
