I don’t buy any appliances new from Lowe’s I bought insurance on my electric cook top $1200 bucks spent and insurances don’t cover nothing been waiting a month on technician and they won’t get no one out here in eagle pass tx for us to fix it, tge cook too didnt last 2 months and not working we need technicians here in the city to come fix this never buying whirlpool or appliances from Lowe’s. Worst service ever.

I travel an hour to pick up an item that says they have multiple in stock of, arrive and shelf is empty and all the employees say is “if it’s not on the shelf we don’t have it”, same issue for multiple years now
