Called back Wednesday, Friday and kept being told it would be in but just hadn't arrived. On Friday was told they would call me. Still nothing over the weekend so I called back on Sunday and Antonio told me that they got the truck from Louisiana but the parts had another customer's name on it and I was out of luck because I had not paid already. I asked when I submitted the original order and was told I could pay in the store. Terrible service, poor communication and Antonio actually told me to please find the parts elsewhere. I will not be shopping here ever again. Lost a customer today Leslie's.

He was obnoxiously over friendly and a know it all that should be offering suggestions to clients instead telling someone they are wrong when they have had a pool way longer than he has worked for this company. I felt like he was slightly budging my water test numbers to increase his sales, so I quit going there.
