  Placed an order for repair parts over 10 days ago. Was told it was "in stock" in Lousiana (Brendan) called the other store. Was told it would be in on Tuesday. Called back Wednesday, Friday and kept being told it would be in but just hadn't arrived. On Friday was told they would call me. Still nothing over the weekend so I called back on Sunday and Antonio told me that they got the truck from Louisiana but the parts had another customer's name on it and I was out of luck because I had not paid already. I asked when I submitted the original order and was told I could pay in the store. Terrible service, poor communication and Antonio actually told me to please find the parts elsewhere. I will not be shopping here ever again. Lost a customer today Leslie's.

  I started going back to this location after Aries left. He was obnoxiously over friendly and a know it all that should be offering suggestions to clients instead telling someone they are wrong when they have had a pool way longer than he has worked for this company. I felt like he was slightly budging my water test numbers to increase his sales, so I quit going there.
