- JEJenny elenaMar 25, 20261.0Horrible communication- April never answered the phone, I would leave voicemails to call back and I would never get a response in return. All she would do is apologize every time but it never changed. I asked for upper management or a customer service number and was told they don’t have one? I had to call the frame street location for them to help me and provide one. When I explained, he tried to call the storage on his phone and even he was concerned regarding communication at the Sherman location due to not receiving a response either. I spoke to Erica once and she was sweet and answered all my questions. If you decide to lease a storage I would recommend to go to another location unless Erica is there, I was told she was training so unsure if she would stay there or go to another location.
