    I paid for my building materials the day of pick up. Had a phone call telling me that the roofing wasn’t available for the order I said no worries I’ll substitute or get a refund for them. Get there they try and charge me the new amount without the roofing however the money for the original order was already taken out of my bank and not given back, meaning I couldn’t pay another 200 on top then they just kept saying my card was declined. Left there empty handed with 260 dollars shy from my bank account We called back for them to tell me the original refund is going to take 2 to 3 days to return to my bank. Why couldn’t they just refund my roof shingles without changing the entire order or just give me a substitute without all this hassle? The automatic removal of pending transactions on their billing policy is clearly not true and their system needs to be changed. I strongly suggest no one uses their pick up services.

    Chancellor was SO HELPFUL. He helped me pick out my carpet, the tools I would need to install it, and helped me load it into my SUV. When I declined a quote for installation, he was not pushy, and made me feel very welcome. This Lowe’s customer service is STELLAR

    It took 15 minutes to get a person to help me load some mulch into my car. They had to be called twice. Insufficiently staffed store that has little customer service.
