The most unprofessional & underwhelming team I have ever worked with in my life belongs to these people. Specifically Allan the manager. I was shopping for a couch & bed set & right up until the end of the sale Jake told me they wouldn’t be able to sell me the couch & loveseat(could’ve been something else) but it was 2 parts ..separately. It was a waste of my time waking around with Jake just for him to tell me they won’t do it. I then visit the Carrollton store and now all of a sudden I’m declined for everything and can’t receive furniture at all. ALLAN messed up my account & completely ruined my chances of buying furniture with Aaron’s completely. I will be filing a notice with the BBB as well as consumer affairs. AARONS website tells you if your approved or denied way before you even go to the store. I would’ve never even entered the store if I seen I was declined. I was approved all the way up until Allan inserted himself into my sale. SO THIS DOESNT HAPPEN TO YOU. 1. Allan should be fired or sent back to training if he can’t inform his employees of what should be sold as a set or what can go separately. ALLAN should also work on speaking to customers when HE IS in the wrong instead of trying to victim blame the customer. No customer deserves that & I will go to the Witt’s end to make sure it doesn’t happen to the next person.

My wife and I went into Aaron's to purchase a PS5 Slim. The way Allen spoke to my Queen. He should not be in Customer Service. I admit she was late on her payments at times. Due to her being in the Hospital. He has no business being in Customer Service. I called Game Stop and they had several PS5 Slims for $399.00. We purchased at Game Stop. Here is the receipt.

My husband and I have been doing business with Aaron’s for over 20 years. We’ve paid off over 30 different agreements and are actively still leasing an item from them now. When there’s something that I really want and don’t want to spend the cash out of pocket at that moment I call them. Sometimes we choose the 90 day “same as cash” option and sometimes we follow through with the monthly payment agreement. I’ve even grown to know a couple of the GM’s through the years. We have always been great customers! We find what we like, get set up on auto pay and it’s a wrap. I’ve never had anyone be rude or any other major issues. There have been mishaps on promised delivery times that weren’t met but nothing that would have been a dealbreaker for me. Even though you pay a substantial amount more than the product is worth (when you lease through the full term) I found that they have products that are very high-quality. We always sign up for the extra protection just in case we have any issues along the way but, I haven’t had to use it. We’ve been receiving calls every time there’s a sale about coming in to start a new agreement being that we’re good customers but, there hasn’t been anything I needed until today. I decided to turn one of my rooms into a guest-room so I needed a small TV. I looked online and noticed the holiday sale so I checked my leasing power, called the store to let them know which item I wanted and found out that it was in fact in store and I wouldn’t have to wait on the warehouse so, I asked the associate if I’d be able to pick it up today because the soonest delivery time they had available would be on Wednesday. I was treated like a criminal in the process. He put me on hold to go ask the manager if it would be okay for me to come and pick it up in my car and came back to the phone and let me know that it “may be a possibility if the address on my drivers license matches where I live”. He then informed me that I may have to come in to actually complete the agreement and paperwork there so I could be verified. I asked questions throughout our conversation and was continually made to feel like I was trying to get away with merchandise which really hurt my feelings being our history. I don’t know what type of criminals they’ve had coming in and out of that store but, he should have been able to look at our record in the system and know that we are longtime, reliable, trustworthy customers. They have been to my house several times with new deliveries and other managers and employees there have spoken with me on several occasions during the course of my business. I even picked up a mattress that I’m actively leasing from them in my truck. I definitely understand protocol and rules but, the way he spoke to me made me feel very small so I expressed those feelings and reminded him of our track record.. with no apology given. Needless to say I’ve decided to go elsewhere and purchase the item I was interested in instead and I won’t start any new agreements with this location going forward. I pay on time and adhere to a certain standard when I’m doing business with any company, and for that to be ignored really made me feel some type of way.

Poor customer service. Slow to greet you. They never answer the phone or call you back. Jake says he’ll have a manager who’ll call back that never does. I was supposed to have my delivery Tuesday, but it never happened. I was told I’d have my documents to sign same day I walked in the week before, never happened. I call to no avail. They could not care less from the beginning. Horrible experience.
