I was traveling and my husband called and said I needed to find the closest Lowe’s or Home Depot on my way back home because our keyless entry went out on one of our Airbnbs. I found Lowes in Decatur, TX, placed the order online and picked it up from the locker. I got home with the box (5 hours away from Decatur) never paying any attention to the box. My husband said it looks like this box has been opened. He opened the box and he said it looks like this was a returned item, the key wasn’t even in packaging, it was laying on the bottom of the box. We were in a rush as we had guests checking in that same day so he went ahead and installed the lock. The buttons don’t beep when they’re pushed (they’re suppose to) and some buttons won’t light up and work when pushed. (Most likely a returned item) My problem with this Lowes is, when I called, I told the sweet girl on the phone what my problem was and told her I may need to speak to a manager. She told me, yes and to hold on and she would get a manager. She came back on and stated to me what the manager told her. The manager would not even get on the phone and listen to what I had to say. This is a huge inconvenience to me as I am one hour away from a Lowe’s or Home Depot & now have a brand new, unusable door lock with guests checking in, that have to use the key and hope they don’t lose it because I will need to return the item. Shame on the manager for not taking my call and hearing what I had to say and at least give an apology for my inconvenience

I bought a MATAG washing machine not even a year ago, it just quit working. I called into the service center at Lowes on the matter. The person who spoke to me stated that there was no one that could repair it in our area. Now, what are we supposed to do? I need my washer, either fixed or another one to replace it! I am not happy with Lowes.

YES IM AWARE THEY ARE TESTED AT THE MANUFACTURER AND SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER WHILE DISGUSTING IS NORMAL. THIS DISHWASHER SOAKED TWO BATH TOWELS, A MOP HEAD, AND SEVERAL MICROFIBER RAGS. HAS SOAP IN THE DISPENSER AND DRYWALL IN THE BOX! ITS USED!
LOWES OFFERED TO WASTE TWO FULL DAYS OF MY TIME TO RETURN IN THEIR 48 HOUR WINDOW OR A WHOPPING $15 CREDIT.

We came to this Lowe's weekly for our home improvement materials, often multiple times per week. I tried to purchase a shed, was bounced around over the course of 2 days talking with the manufacturer, (who themselves said Lowe's should have honored the price) and several employees, including the assistant manager and the manager of the store (who never spoke to me directly) management didnt seem at all interested in helping me purchase the shed, telling me i had to talk with the manufacturer, just for them to tell me i have to purchase through Lowe's. Ultimately, Lowe's management chose not to honor the price of the shed. They falsely advertised through negligence, the price of the shed with a different version of the shed. (The listed price was apparently for a version that had no floor, posted on a shed that did have a floor, which I had to figure out with the manufacturer). The store manager offered me 20% off the correct/available shed, but it was several hundred dollars out of my budget and more than the listed price and even more than the price that rang up on the register when I originally tried purchasing the shed. I am so disappointed in the outcome and the "customer service" I dealt with on all levels. I had attitude from a "customer service rep" to the point I ended the call in tears. I was just asking her questions. I've never experienced this level of disappointment with a business. We will NEVER step foot in another Lowe's ever again. We drive 30+ minutes out of the way to go to Home Depot, now.

Went in there for some specific items that were hard to find. Mary back in millwork was awesome. She was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. She tried to make things as easy as possible on me and had a smile the entire time.. Also helping her find what I needed was Madison and Darlene. All three of these ladies were attentive, knowledgeable and helpful.
