  Overall a really smooth experience from start to finish. The technicians were professional and easy to deal with. They worked at a steady pace and didn't try to rush through the job. They made sure everything was cleaned properly and double-checked the system before leaving. I also appreciated how clean they left everything afterward.👍🏾👍🏾

  Technician Kevin handled our duct cleaning and did an excellent job. He was very detailed and took his time with the work. He made sure every vent and part of the system was properly cleaned and didn't skip anything. He also checked everything before leaving to make sure it was working correctly. You can definitely feel an improvement in the airflow🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

  I had a disappointing experience with this company. My dryer was working but taking longer than usual, so I scheduled a vent cleaning. The technician diagnosed a 50% airflow reduction, performed a deep clean, showed photos and readings, and after I paid for the services, he left. After he left, I found a large pile of lint in my attic that he failed to remove, including some draped over electrical wiring. Lint is highly flammable, and leaving it behind is a serious safety issue. I also found scuff marks on my floors and stairs from his equipment, a trail of lint and debris through the house, and an air leak in the vent where he had taken it apart. That leak could have caused moisture damage and blown lint into the attic. It took four phone calls just to get the technician back out to fix the air leak. I called several times and emailed the office to resolve the issues. It has been over a week, and I still have not heard from anyone except the technician who caused the problems. The lack of communication when an issue arises is concerning. I'm giving one star because the service created safety issues, caused damage, and the company never followed up to resolve the problems. I paid nearly $400, which was the highest estimate I received, but I was willing to pay a premium because I expected better quality service based on their reviews. Unfortunately, the professionalism, workmanship, and follow-up communication fell short. I would not recommend this company for dryer vent cleaning.
