- JSJohn SMar 25, 20261.0The store is huge, spacious, and very well organized. However, the customer service was lacking. All the workers were huddled in one area, just chatting. None of the employees acknowledged me, until I was leaving the store. As I was walking out, a somewhat heavy set, slightly tall, Caucasian worker greeted me, and suggested I check out the clearance section in back. Not that I have an issue with the clearance section, but why did she feel the need to direct me there, twice? I feel like I was being stereotyped, considering that I am of color. I hate to say it, but that sounds like racism to me!
